CONDITIONS OF ENTRY - COVID-19
Restrictions and advice from NSW government authorities are changing regularly.
Under Public Health Orders, Le Tres Bon Pty Ltd has a COVID-19 Safety Plan in place to keep our customers and workers safe.
We must exclude customers who are unwell from the premises. Please DO NOT come to the restaurant, stay home if you are feeling unwell.
Our staff have been provided with information and training on COVID-19, including when to get tested, physical distancing, cleaning and the overall policies and procedures. Please follow staff instructions.
Our restaurant capacity will not exceed 50 customers per separate existing seated food or drink area; or one customer per 4 square metres of space on the premises, whichever is the lesser. Our restaurant will not allow more than 20 customers at a table. The table set up will reduce contact between customer groups. Tables are moved or removed to support 1.5 metres of physical distance.
Le Tres Bon is required to obtain and keep name and mobile number or email address for dine-in customers for a period of at least 28 days. Our records are only to be used for tracing COVID-19 infections and are stored confidentially and securely.
Le Tres Bon will cooperate with NSW Health if contacted in relation to a positive case of COVID-19 and notify SafeWork NSW on 131050. Chef Christophe Gregoire & Josephine Gregoire – updated 16 June 2020.
