Cooking class and lunch – Ducasse salmon a la Parisienne

Chef Christophe will teach how to make Alain Ducasse’s (famous French-born Monégasque chef) salmon recipe – a la Parisienne.

This is a hands-on cooking class – you will be cooking too.

Class begins promptly at 10.30am.
