Cooking class and lunch – grilled coquelet with devil sauce

Chef Christophe will teach how to make this traditional French dish served in the summer months. Coquelet is a small chicken and the diable devil sauce is flavoursome and accompanies most grilled meats. This is a hands-on cooking class – you will be cooking too.
Class begins promptly at 10.30am.
