Cooking class and lunch – potato galettes and Chantilly mustard cream – CANCELLED DUE TO COVID-19

Chef Christophe will teach how to make Alsace style potato galettes with a Chantilly mustard cream as an accompaniment.

This is a hands-on cooking class – you will be cooking too.

Class begins promptly at 10.30am.
