An informative presentation about the history of black French truffles, how they grow, how to use them in the kitchen and how to conserve them.
The fresh truffles used in this cooking class are harvested from Chef Christophe’s own truffle farm in Bungendore.
Chef Christophe will teach you how to make a sumptuous dessert using fresh truffles, snow eggs, meringue floating islands – from scratch.
This is a hands on cooking class – where you will be making your own dish using fresh truffles.
A glass of Champagne while cooking is included.
A 2 courses truffle lunch – a glass of matching French wine is included.
